A full house for Austell's first champagne special gained rave reviews. Jerome, the head of exports at Chateau Montaudon, one of France's last family owned champagne growers gave evocative introductions to each of the five champagnes that were part of the magnificent five course meal. The unanimous verdict was that we should do it again - so we will! Keep your eyes peeled for the announcement next year.
